History

Both Divine Intervention & Revelation have been in the music ministry for more than 15 years. The group now known as Revelation began fifteen years ago as Abundantly Blessed Voices (also known as ABV).  During these humble beginnings, God was shaping, molding, and preparing the ministry to arise to the place and the level that you experience today. After ABV, God moved the ministry into Divine Revelation in 2005. This group of young people came together under the leadership of Minister Jake Bradford, Jr., Brother Major Terrell, and Brother Arthur Rucker, along with other young men such as Brother Corey Fuller and the late Brother Robert Allen, Jr. These young men worked very well togther and were led to form Divine Intervention Inc. When asked how the name Divine Intervention came to be, the reply was simply, “It was a divine intervention by God to bring all of us together as musicians and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through music.”

In 2006, God moved these young people into another phase of the ministry, known as Revelation. Much prayer and fasting went into the ministry and for its members. Divine Intervention sought the Lord for young people who loved God and had a heart for ministry and music. Though many have been involved since the beginning, God strategically added new members as well. Thus, came the group and ministry known as Revelation.

Our Ministry

Divine Intervention Inc. & Revelation are ministries that God has gifted to us, ‘for such a time as this.’ We as members come from different church backgrounds, yet because we have no contradicting ministries, there are no hindrances and we are able to all minister together to the glory of God. We strive to positively impact the lives of all with whom we come in contact, whether it’s through music or by lending an ear to those who are in need. We want to show everyone, especially the youth, that you can be young and live saved. You can make it in this society as long as God is kept first in everything that you do. Divine Intervention & Revelation possess a burning passion for God and the ministry with which He has entrusted us. God has granted us the opportunity to share our love for Him through our ministerings at nursing & rehabitation centers, homes for children, countless numbers of churches, and on college campuses.

We believe in being a blessing as well as supporting other ministries.  God has allowed us to cross demominational barriers to proclaim His love and marvelous works. He has allowed us to minister in different cities across the United States. We believe in being led by God in our song selections and allowing Him to move. It is all about Ministry and not about show.
