Minister Jake Bradford Jr. began playing the drums at a very young age, and has served in the music ministry for about 18 years. Min. Bradford has been instrumental in working with diverse ministries in assisting them with their choirs, praise and worship teams, and training younger percussionists.

He is a member of The Church of East Saint Louis where he serves as a Minister of Music and president of the Youth Department. Professionally, he has played with Terry "Mr. Fingers" Bradford and the music group, Michael & Friends. Min. Bradford credits his love for music to Kim Burrell and Marvin Winans, and his directing style to Hezekiah Walker, the late Orlando Draper, his pastor, Elder Michael C. Bradford, Prophetess Carlyne Conners Bradford, and Sister Angela Mosley.

Minister Bradford is the son of the late Dr. Jake Bradford, Sr. and Dr. Helen F. Bradford. He has two children, Destine' and Jake, and an adopted daughter, Ariel Waters.
